Digital Days 2023: Global human-rights-centred perspectives for the digital revolution

Our Scientific Director Michael Lysander Fremuth will be devoting his keynote speech to the human rights perspectives of the digital revolution.

On Monday, 20 November 2023, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., the Vienna Science and Technology Fund (WWTF) invites you to the panel “Global human-rights-centered perspectives for the digital revolution”. The event will take place as part of the Digital Days 2023 at the Technisches Museum Wien.

Michael Lysander Fremuth, Scientific Director of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights (LBI-GMR), will give the keynote speech and take part in the panel discussion on the risks and potential of the digital revolution for human rights. The panel – consisting of national and international human rights researchers, computer scientists and legal and technology experts – will address the global validity of fundamental and human rights in the digital age.
