The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights has submitted a legal opinion on the prospective implementation of a „Bundesagentur für Betreuungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen (BBU)“ (Federal Agency for Care and Support Services).

In their legal opinion, BIM experts Margit Ammer and Adel-Naim Reyhani conclude that the BBU as suggested by Austria’s federal government would be in breach of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. Read the full text below.
