Review of “HUMAN RIGHTS TALK- Can music be torture?”

On 23d of April 2014 the HUMAN RIGHTS TALK: “Can music be torture?” took place in the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.
The event was organized by the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights and took place in cooperation with derStandard.at, juridikum, zeitschrift für kritik | recht | gesellschaft , zige.tv and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.

The question whether music can be torture was discussed by Morang Grant (Georg-August-University, Research Group “Music, Conflict and the State”), Barbara Preitler (Hemayat) and Gerrit Zach (Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights). The talk was moderated by Irene Brickner (Der Standard).
