Uroš Prah has been PR & Communications Manager at the LBI-GMR since September 2025. He is responsible for the institute’s strategic communications, public visibility, and knowledge transfer, making human rights research accessible to diverse audiences.

Before joining the institute, he worked as Communications Manager at the Slovenian Cultural Centres in Vienna and Berlin, directed the international literary festival Literodrom at Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana, and co-founded the Museum of Madness in Trate. He completed a Master’s-level degree in Philosophy and Comparative Literature at the University of Ljubljana and is a certified project manager. He is also an internationally published author.
