Hannah Baumann already completed an internship at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights (LBI-GMR) in the programme line ‘Rule of Law and Public Sector Reform’ from January to April 2024. She returned to the LBI-GMR in mid-September 2024 as a project assistant in the same programme line.

In 2023, Hannah completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Rights as well as Latin American and Iberian Studies at Bard College in New York. Her academic focus in college was primarily on immigration, refugee movements, and migration, particularly in the context of the United States and Central America.

Hannah is looking forward to supporting the project ‘EU Support for Rule of Law in North Macedonia’ at our institute.
