Menschenhandel als Form der Folter

Menschenhandel als Form der Folter

The Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings of the OSCE, Maria Grazia Giammarinaro, commissioned the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights and the Helen Bamber Foundation to analyse the links between trafficking in human beings and torture. The legal analysis of existing links has been conducted by Manfred Nowak and Julia Planitzer. The Helen Bamber Foundation analysed the clinical links between trafficking in human beings and torture. The study was published in the OSCE’s occasional paper series in July 2013 and is available here.
