A delegation of the Turkish Bar Associations met representatives of the LBI-GMR on Wed, 23 March 2022 within the framework of the project “Strengthening the Capacity of Bar Associations and Lawyers on European Human Rights Standards”. Head of delegation Sibel Suiçmez and Veli Küçük emphasized the importance of human rights for the work of lawyers. Michael Lysander Fremuth, Patricia Mussi-Mailer, Agnes Taibl and Nora Katona presented numerous projects of the LBI-GMR with a focus on procedural rights and international cooperation.
