Under the title “Social Rights: Jurisprudence, Effective Implementation and Lessons Learned for the Future. A Dialogue between the European Committee of Social Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights”, a high-level conference on the implementation of social rights in practice will take place in Madrid.Representatives from academia, monitoring committees, the judiciary, advocacy and civil society will join.

Karin Lukas from the Ludwig-Boltzmann Institut of Fundamental an Human Rights will give a presentation on “Practical challenges to the implementation of social rights: the perspective of the European Committee for Social Rights”.
