On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of WWI the panel discussion HUMAN RIGHTS TALK: Responsibility to protect? Humanitarian intervention from the perspective of victims of armed conflicts takes place. The panellists include: Christina Binder (University of Vienna Wien, Research Platform “Human Rights in the European Context”) Martin Staudinger (news magazine profil) and Mario Thaler (Doctors Without Borders Austria). Moderation: Irene Brickner (Der Standard).

The event is organised in cooperation with the Swiss embassy in Austria.

Following the discussion, the Research Platform “Human Rights in the European Context” and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute would like to invite you to join the subsequent reception.
