Study presentation: Diversity measures and their impact on the resilience of companies in crisis situations

Wed, 19 January 2022 – 17:00 to 19:00

Online via Zoom

On Wed, 19 January 2022 at 5 p.m., Barbara Liegl and Katrin Wladasch will present the results of the study “Resilience through Diversity in Companies” commissioned by the Ombud for Equal Treatment as part of the event Diversity Measures and their Impact on the Resilience of Companies in Crisis Situations.

Were companies that already relied on diversity measures before COVID-19 able to show resilience and adapt more flexibly to the new situation – caused by a series of lockdowns? Does home office contribute to a better work-life balance? The Ombud for Equal Treatment will provide insights into the experiences of companies and their lessons learned.

Admission is free. Registration required, possible until one hour before the event starts.

More information about the event is available on the event page of the Volkskundemuseum.

Current notice (as of  Mon, 17 Jan , 2022): Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the event will take place exclusively online (via Zoom).
