Am 24. Oktober 2019 veranstaltete das Ludwig Boltzmann Institut für Menschenrechte in Kooperation mit der Universität Wien das Symposium „Somewhere beyond the Rainbow? – LGBTIQ and Human Rights“. Keynote Speaker Victor Madrigal Borloz, Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, sprach zu „Inclusion of LGBT Persons in Public Spaces“.
