On 24 October 2019 the symposium “Somewhere beyond the Rainbow? – LGBTIQ and Human Rights” was hosted by Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights and the University of Vienna. Keynote speaker Victor Madrigal Borloz, Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, spoke on Inclusion of LGBT Persons in Public Spaces.
