The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights supports North Macedonia on its way into the EU. Support is now needed on the ground in Skopje. Both positions are part of the implementation team for the European Union-funded project “EU Support for the Rule of Law” in North Macedonia.

The following two Consultancy positions are open:

Visibility Officer for Team Leader’s Office

• Responsibilities: Support the Team Leader in all tasks related to the visibility of the project
• Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
• Expected duration: 36 months with possible extension of 6 months
• Expected start: June 2023

Translator/ Office Assistant to the Component Leader on Protection of Fundamental Rights for the grant contract “EU Support for Rule of Law”

• Responsibilities: Support the Component Leader (Component 4: Enhance protection of fundamental rights and stronger uptake of alternative means to detention) in their daily tasks, translate and interpret English to Macedonian and vice versa
• Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
• Expected duration: 36 months with a possible extension of 6 months
• Expected start: June 2023
