The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights is glad to announce that Julia Kozma was elected as the Austrian representative for the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT). The BIM considers the nomination of one its experts to be a great support of sustaining the high qualitative standards of European torture prevention.
