On the occasion of Human Rights Day, a Human Rights Talk focused on the consequences of the Covid- 19 crisis on human rights, addressed how the pandemic has aggravated pre-existing threats on human rights of vulnerable groups, and highlighted possible avenues for a democratic and human rights compliant recovery.

Following a keynote speech by Dunja Mijatović, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, high-level experts participated in a panel discussion and took questions from the audience.
