Manual on the Implementation of the Human Rights Based Approach in OEZA

The Manual focuses on three sectors, as defined in the guidelines: Integration of a Human Rights-centered perspective as a main principle, Human Rights as a sector of intervention and Human Rights in political dialogue.

The Manual was commissioned by the Austrian Development Agency and was designed in cooperation with ADA. On behalf of the Ludwig Boltzman Institute of Human Rights, Manfred Nowak, Christine Sommer and Helmut Sax participated in developing the Manual.
