A lot has happened at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights (LBI-GMR) in recent months. In addition to a permanent professorship for our scientific director Michael Lysander Fremuth for Fundamental and Human Rights at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna, a Human Rights Talk on the topic “Who owns the world’s cultural heritage?” took place in December. In addition, the LBI-GMR celebrated its 30th anniversary.
