Supporting Informal Citizens’ Groups and Grass-Root Initiatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Report December 2017
Since 2014, the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights – Research Association (BIM-FV) has been supporting informal groups and grass-root movements in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main goal of this initiative is to strengthen the citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina to become proactive agents of change, to support civil society in a sustainable way, to guarantee better access to human rights and to foster democracy and the rule of law. Seven selected groups presented their activities and results at the end of September 2017 in Tuzla. The outcomes can be found in the report “Supporting Informal Citizens’ Groups and Grass Root Initiatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Reporting Period September 2016 – September 2017”, available for download below. The third and last phase of the initiative has already started and will be implemented until mid-March 2018.
