The Lisl and Leo Eitinger Human Rights Award was bestowed on Prof. Manfred Nowak (University of Vienna; Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights) by the University of Oslo on 18 November 2013 for his achievements in the field of Human Rights.
