Eva Adam-Maxa has been working at the Institute as a Financial Officer since March 2023. Her responsibilities include project accounting for the European Commission and UNODC, as well as other funding bodies, day-to-day project monitoring and managing payment transactions. In particular, she oversees the major (financial) projects under the „Rule of Law and Public Sector Reform” programme line in North Macedonia and Kyrgyzstan.

Eva has completed a commercial apprenticeship, followed by a degree in social sciences, as well as further training in project management. Her previous employers include, amongst others, Österreich Wein Marketing GmbH and the MAK – Museum of Applied Arts.
