Challenges for child protection in Austria are the focus of a symposium on 20 June in Vienna.
On Tuesday, 20 June 2023, the Platform against Exploitation and Trafficking in Human Beings in cooperation with “Jugend eine Welt” and “Caritas der Erzdiözese Wien” organises the symposium “Children and Adolescents as Victims of Exploitation and Trafficking in Children” , which focuses on the challenges for child protection in Austria.
Children’s rights expert Helmut Sax from the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights (LBI-GMR) will speak there on the topic of child rights and victim protection at 2:15 pm.
