On Thu, 30 September 2021 Dr. Adel-Naim Reyhani, expert on asylum and migration law at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights, will be speaking at the international conference “immigration law and policy, border control and migrant deaths” of the Humboldt University Berlin on the topic of “The Rightlessness of Refugees in Libya”.

This two-day conference will explore the relationship between migration and border control law and policy, and migrant deaths within and close to the borders of Europe, as well as relevant practice and research in the area of contentious death investigation.
