Svitlana Iasechko is a Ukrainian lawyer specializing in non-material rights. Since 2011, she has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of Kharkiv University of Internal Affairs. Svitlana has been based in Austria since fleeing from the Russian Federation’s attack on her country. We are grateful to the European Fund for Displaced Scientists for enabling us to employ Svitlana at our Institute. During her tenure, she will continue working on her monograph on “Transactions with Intangible Rights in Civil Law” and engage in a close exchange with our other researchers.
