On Monday, 11 March 2024, our Scientific Director Michael Lysander Fremuth discussed “Lawsuits as a means of politics” together with other experts as part of the legal panorama at the Juridicum of “Die Presse”. He focused on strategic litigation with recourse to fundamental and human rights. Using climate change, the value chain responsibility of companies and the Russian Federation’s war of aggression against Ukraine as examples, he presented approaches, successes and limitations.
