We are pleased to welcome a new university assistant in the programme line “General Human Rights Issues”. Already during his studies, Christoph Weilhartner worked as a research student at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights (LBI-GMR). We are very pleased that he has returned to our Institute.

Christoph studied philosophy and law at the University of Vienna. During his studies he also spent a year in Paris at the Université Panthéon-Assas. His interests lie particularly in the area of fundamental and human rights in the light of national constitutional law, as well as in European Union law and international law.
