As a trainer for anti-discrimination and diversity as well as a facilitator for participatory processes and an expert in monitoring and evaluation, Karin Bischof specializes in raising awareness, strengthening anti-discriminatory skills and fostering the impact-orientation of (human rights-)organizations. She studied cultural and social anthropology at the University of Vienna and program evaluation at the University of Melbourne. Her work focuses on supporting European, national and regional administrative and educational institutions, independent ombud-institutions and civil society organizations.
